Inspection Certification - Upon passing inspection your fire escape will be certified and an affidavit will be filed (does not include the city's filing fee). No Report Required.
Report - If your fire escape fails inspection a report specifying code violations will be generated. Includes inspection fee. Our fire escape inspection report details each specific code violation along with a photo and description which is used when generating your customized report.
Design - We will generate CAD drawing of a new fire escape structure specifically designed for your individual needs (view sample plans). All code violations will be clearly marked on the CAD drawing along with the description of the violation on the photo report.
